It is not dogmatic, but immediate, rich on ideas & tastes -as well as easily comprehendible.

With a personal expression in both taste & presentation.

The commodity is still the most important ingredient in our kitchen & is always carefully selected according to quality & season exactly as when we opened in 2011.

We are still not afraid of using spices, oils & vinegars from distant places.

We would really just like a tasteful world.
